WHO ARE WE?
Julie Garrigues, the founder of French Touch Bistro is the daughter of Michelin starred Chef Gerard Garrigues from Le Pastel in the South of France.
Julie has developed a concept of casual dining around traditional bistro classics and gourmet crepes. The restaurant has a French country house atmosphere so guests can travel while staying in Sydney. An unique French Bowl court and modern French music are just cherries on the top.
The Chefs are French and they make sure the taste of our dishes is the perfect reflection of what can be found in France, so both true blue Sydneysiders and the French community can feel at home.
